Network Multifamily Security Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Protection One, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PONN) and the nation’s oldest and largest provider of multifamily specific alarm systems, announced today that James Redfearn has joined the company as a Senior Sales Executive for its Western Division.
In this position, Redfearn will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with current Network clients in Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi and parts of Texas.
Redfearn most recently served as a Regional Account Representative for Brink’s Multifamily Security. Prior to that, he was a Sales Representative for Mississippi Polymers. Redfearn earned his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Mississippi.
“We are extremely excited to bring James and his almost 15 years of solid sales experience to Network, where he will be an integral part of our team,” said Mandy Vallowe, Network’s Vice President of Sales. “We believe his wealth of security expertise will be a tremendous asset to our organization, helping to aggressively grow our client base and further our position as the premiere provider of alarm services to the multifamily housing market.”
Since 1992, Network Multifamily has served the country’s multifamily industry with state-of-the-art security systems and services, which include a UL-listed central control station that monitors every alarm with callback verification. Clients report Network’s alarm programs can help increase occupancy, attain faster lease-up, generate higher rents, reduce turnover and provide a competitive edge for their multifamily properties. The company currently serves more than 315,000 apartment homes nationwide.
