Network Multifamily Security Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Protection One, Inc. (OTCBB: PONN) and the nation’s No. 1 provider of security amenities to the
multifamily market, has announced significant upgrades to its specialized monitoring and customer
service operations in Irving, Texas.
“We are excited to have created what we believe is the finest monitoring center in the country,
using updated technology and with the needs of multifamily clients top of mind,” said Mandy Vallowe,
Network Multifamily’s Vice President of Sales. “The design of our new center, which allows for room to
grow our operations, reflects the innovation of our team and is the base from which we provide our
clients the highest quality service. It’s this service and our dedication to continuous enhancement of our
products and security offerings that we believe give property owners and managers a significant
competitive edge in the multifamily housing market.”
As an added feature for customers, Network’s upgraded, FM Approved and UL-listed facility is
securely connected to the company’s unique disaster recovery center, located in another state, to
provide seamless, uninterrupted monitoring in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency in
Texas.
“In addition to this significant investment in our Irving facility and our redundant monitoring, we
continue to introduce new and innovative products and services to meet the increasing requests by
residents and managers for on-site security, and to address the changing and varied communications
services available, such as VoIP and cellular-only phone service,” said Vallowe. “At the same time, we
are expanding our traditional apartment market share by identifying new areas for growth, such as
student, senior, mid-rise, high-rise, military, and condominium projects. With the many exciting steps we have taken recently to prepare for the future, and with the goal of addressing the changing needs of
property owners and managers, we expect to remain a driving force and leader in our industry for many
years to come.”
